Professional Profile

Susan earned a PhD in Mineral Economics and Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelors from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Chemical Engineering. She has decades of experience as a researcher in the National Labs, teaching at Universities and Community Colleges, owning small businesses and leading high performance teams in both environmental consulting, green building and renewable energy. She is LEED certified and a Certified Energy Manager and has won many awards for the development of a net-zero housing development in the North College Urban Renewal Area.
